I purchased a house from Allen Edwin Homes in February 2024 for $429000. Allen Edwin Homes thinks that putting a house together in 3 months during the Winter is a good idea. My house has a beam that is visible through the ceiling and looks horrible. Allen Edwin Homes has the audacity to say that’s normal, that’s how all of their houses look like, and there is nothing they can/will do about it. I have called Allen Edwin Homes customer service a few times asking to speak to a supervisor, however, they turned me down without an explanation. All I ask Allen Edwin Homes is to fix my house or give me my money back, and they can keep their paper house. See photos for better reference.
